My favorite place for some good ol down home southern BBQ I was about an hour in a half away from Columbus for about a month and have been missing Mike and Eds BBQ!
I delivered 6 pallets of meat and very respectful people gave me a plate of food for helping to unload excellent food can't expect any less from a mom and pop barbecue May the good Lord bless you and remember Jesus is coming soon God bless
Wife, daughter and I stopped by for lunch while out thift shopping. Second time to eat here. Wife had Brunswick stew. Daughter had pulled pork sandwich, she liked the sweet and mustard sauces mixed together, my favorite as well. I had the all meat rib plate, 4 bones and 3 slices of bread, plus a chili dog all the way. It was all delicious. I do not eat bread.
6 of us went to eat. We all got something different EVERYTHING was GREAT!! Unbelievably well priced and the service is welcoming and amazing!!!
Called Mike n Eds BBQ in Phenix City had them ship us some Sauce to TN cause the sauce here is different than down home. They were great got here in just a few days next time ordering Pork and Turkey. Thanks so much excellent service and product!
It's true what they say, you can smell their butts for miles. This place is so good, I ordered baked beans to go after I my fantastic meal and make no mistake about it, they have sweet tea!
The food is goodT with an capital T I have never cared for potato salad, but I always get extra potato salad @Mike&Ed's. My children really enjoyed the barbecue chicken, potato salad, and baked beans. Thank you
OK. I've lived in this town for almost 60 years and I love Bar-B-Q. I've ate at almost all of the local establishments and many in other states, and even "had" a favorite local joint I frequented. Now, I have new favorite!! Not sure why, and there's no excuse, but I've never had Mike and Ed's until today. I have to say this, without any doubt: The Bar B Q meat (plate) was the best I've ever eaten, and the ribs (plate) were the tenderest, juiciest, and best tasting ribs I've ever eaten. I seriously don't think Mike and Ed's can be beat. Thanks for some GREAT Bar B Q!! I'll be back :-)
